Well done guys you smashed it out of the park!!!!
For a seaside club with much less water time that many of the big city clubs this highlights the excellent coaching standard that goes into getting these kids to the peak condition at just the right time. Our thanks go to Jon, Kev and the rest of our great coaching and teaching teams for their ongoing commitment and planning. Not forgetting the long suffering parents who spent long, hot sticky days in both pools and several that help the coaching team on poolside as team managers
Sunday Training Session Time Change
To make effective use of the Sunday sessions between 16:00 and 19:00 there is a need to slightly change the times of top squad, masters and the development programme. The club has access to a further 4 lanes which will enable more space for all squads to develop and improve.
As from 24th March
Mags and Tony’s development sessions
All regular top squad swimmers, Lanes 3 up to 8 who swim with myself and Kev
Maggie has all the names from this evening so if you are unsure please PM Mags. If you have an issues regarding the change please contact the coaching team.
This is a positive change to the Sunday sessions as well as a necessity in moving the club and training program forward.
