Kingfishers Gala Report on 2018 Yorkshire Championships @ John Charles Aquatic Centre Leeds & Ponds Forge Sheffield:
Kingfishers Yorkshire Swimming sav1
The club will be holding their annual Easter fundraiser on club night Wednesday 28th March. This will take the form of the ever popular Easter egg tombola and a raffle for a large Easter egg. This year the raffle egg has been sponsored by Everyone Active.
However the club do need donations of Easter eggs for the tombola. These can be brought to the front desk on a club night over the next few weeks.
There will also be knitted Easter characters and kingfishers minions available to buy (complete with creme egg or similar).
For anybody wanting to order Kingfishers kit – shirts/onesies/tracksuits etc they can be viewed & purchased from the link below;-
We apologise for the inconvenience, but due to the poor weather conditions and very low number attending this week a decision was made and communicated through the Facebook group to cancel Saturday morning’s training in both pools.
Sunday 4th March training is ON.
On Sunday 26th November Kingfishers SC is holding the annual ‘Club Championships’ where all club members who can swim lengths are invited to compete against fellow club members – this year for the first time in the new Sports Village.
