Swim Manager

We use Swim Manager to administer your membership and to give you access to maintain your personal details, pay training fees and access event results and statistics.

Individual club members as well as parents and guardians will receive an email inviting them to log in for the first time and to check their contact address, email and mobile number is correct and to verify their medical information and emergency contact details (etc).  Invitations will be sent out in waves over August and not all at once.

Swim Manager is designed specifically to help swimming clubs like ours run more efficiently and manage records more effectively – and it will save us all time!

It allows you to manage your membership and keep your contact details, medical information (etc.) and payments up to date.

It is particularly important to ensure your email, mobile number and medical records are always up to date otherwise you will not receive communications regarding membership, changes to times, announcements etc.

You can use the pencil (Edit) button to make changes and enter the correct information.

We will shortly start using the system for all payments, meet entries, tracking attendance and swim time records – but first we need you to log in and check your membership details are correct!

Swim squad session fee payment will be by monthly variable direct debit (using GoCardless ref: Kingfishers) after we get to direct debit set up stage – further help will be given at the time.  Payment by bank transfer from your banking app for occasional payments is also possible but is more expensive for members.  We will not be handling cash due to Covid-19 restrictions to help protect the health and well being of all.

Note that the swimmer name (first name, last name and known as) MUST match those details registered with British Swimming. These should NOT not need to be changed.  If these are incorrect please let the club know (email below).
