All members of the club are invited to the Annual General Meeting. As per the constitution only members over the age of 18 have voting rights.

WE HAVE TWO COMMITTEE MEMBER VACANCIES IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE CONSIDERED PLEASE PUT YOU NAME DOWN ON THE FORM POSTED ON THE CLUB NOTICE BOARD  & ASK OTHER MEMBERS TO PROPOSE & SECOND YOU, ALL NOMINATIONS TO BE PASSED TO THE HONORARY SECRETARY BY 10TH NOVEMBER.

IF THERE ARE MORE THAN TWO NOMINEE’S FOR THE VACANCIES A SECRET BALLOT WILL BE COMPLETED BY THE HONORARY SECRETARY ON THE EVENING OF THE AGM.
