Evening Everyone
Everything is in place for an excellent weekend of swimming and hopefully a lot of new county times.
Car Park
There will be stewards on the car park directing traffic to suitable car parks as the pool car park will be full. There is a big multi story directly opposite the pool called Flemingate which is also a shopping centre. At the roundabout which exits to the pool take the opposite road which leads to this car park and is 2 min from the pool.
Warm Up & Start
We start each day at 1pm Warm Up and 2pm start . 5pm warm up and 6pm start
Full warm up procedure will be in your pack.
Seating tickets
Will be on sale in the café area on both days for each session and full days. There will also be a raffle.
Adults £6 per session or £9 for a full day. Child/OAP £3 per session or £5 full day pass.
Café
The café will be open until 7pm each day for drinks and light meals , snacks.
Poolside Entries
Poolside entries will be accepted on the day if capacity allows.
Club check in
Poolside pack etc will be available to pick up on arrival including poolside passes
If you have any timekeepers or officials who can help please ask for Tracey Davies or Wayne Smith
Please make sure all parents are informed of the arrangements as we get a lot of emails from parents regarding arrangements.
