We have had a fantastic response from our poolside and dryside helpers and could run training sessions. A massive thank you to all who have selflessly offered to volunteer their time.
However the Club trustees and committee have decided to suspend all swimming until further notice.
The commitee will meet with E.A. and work out a pathway going forward.
Please bear with us while we work out the financial impact this will have on you as parents and swimmers, and as us as a club.

A & B Grade Senior (13 years +) Mixed 2 x 50m Relay SKINS – Qualified from 200IM
A & B Grade Junior (12 years -) Mixed 2 x 50m Relay SKINS – Qualified from 100IM
All events are heat declared winners
Medals 1st – 3rd in each age group and grade
Speeding Tickets for swimmers faster than their entered grade
Senior Skins – 1st Pair £100, Runner Up Pair £50, losing pair of heats 1-4 £20
Junior Skins – 1st Pair £80, Runner Up Pair £40, losing pair of heats 1-4 £20
Individual events: £6.00 each
Coaches & Poolside Passes: £25.00 each including Buffet Lunch
Spectator Tickets: £8 per day, £5 per Morning/Afternoon/Evening
Poolside passes must be purchased with the entries
Spectator tickets to be purchased on the day

This Ridings League meet is on 7th March at Derwent, warm up at 16:00. Details of transport lift sharing…
We currently head the table in the Ridings League it would be great to build on the success of our home meet & follow it up with a second win….
Team selection has been made by the coaching team please can everyone selected confirm with Jon that you can attend.
PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO BUS FOR THIS EVENT ANYONE REQUIRING A LIFT PLEASE SEE THE COACHES & WE WILL SORT ONE OUT….
In the event of any swimmers that are unavailable to attend the coach will look to the reserve list.

Any swimmer committing to swim but not turning up on the day without informing the coaching team may be omitted from the next gala selection …

Please be reminded that this Wednesday 18th December will be a fun gala for all swimmers of all abilities.
Please arrive at 6pm & the teams will be selected from swimmers in attendance.
Senior swimmers will be allocated teams roles to look after the younger swimmers in their teams
We will require some poolside help especially 7 timekeepers will be needed. All help greatfully accepted.
Kev Hope is organising the events all will have a fun element of as in previous years….

Spring Yorkshire Swimming Championships 2020 – 1/2 and 8/9 February at JCCS Leeds and 22 Feb ( 50m Sprints) at Ponds Forge, Sheffield.

Closing date for entries is STRICTLY 10th January 2020!
( no late entries permitted, only qualifying swims/ swimmers can be entered) £5 per race.
