Teams will be drawn at random and will be made up of 1 top squad or master as team captain then 3 others from other areas of the pool.
All swimmers are encouraged to enter, this is a fun internal gala aimed at teaching our youngest swimmers some gala experience and our oldest swimmers leadership skills. Trophies for all members of the winning team.
Top squad and upper development will all swim 50m
All other swimmers will swim 25m £3 per swimmer payable on the night
